Entered the wrong payment reference when making a bank transfer? Don’t worry: the money will always be refunded to your bank account automatically. We cannot manually link that payment to your order. You can make a new payment using the correct payment reference straight away, without waiting for the refund.
If you’ve received a payment reminder but have already paid using the correct payment reference, please tell us the payment date, amount and payment reference. You can attach a payment confirmation to help us check it. Please hide any unrelated financial details.
